Jamie Kirkpatrick

Public Transit and Greenbelting Toronto Campaigner
Jamie Kirkpatrick

Jamie joined TEA in June 2008 as our Greenbelting Toronto Campaigner.

He has developed a broad range of environmental know-how with more than a decade’s experience as an environmental campaigner.

Since the fall of 2009 Jamie has been TEA's Public Transit Campaigner and has most recently helped to form TTCriders - a voice for transit users.

Jamie has worked on a variety of environmental causes throughout his career including lobbying for the protection of species at risk, working for a moratorium on offshore oil and gas developments, promoting transportation alternatives to private automobiles, working to promote, protect and enjoy the Southern Ontario Greenbelt, and most recently as an advocate for more and better public transit in Toronto.

Away from the office Jamie wallows in the self-pity of Toronto sports fandom.
