On Thursday, April 26th, public deputations for Bill 164 at Queen’s Park will be held. Bill 164 is a private member’s bill introduced by Peter Tabuns to amend the Consumer Protection Act, the Environmental Protection Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The bill presses for streamlined public access to info on toxic pollutants in our neighbourhoods, in our workplaces and in consumer products.
