Is there a minimum amount that I have to leave?
There are absolutely no minimums or maximums that people can give. Even the smallest amount goes a long way.
What happens if my circumstances change?
TEA fully recognizes that people’s circumstances change. The wonderful thing about a legacy gift is that you control how little or how much you would like to give in your will. If circumstances change then you simply change your will.
Will I receive a charitable receipt for my legacy gift?
TEA is not a registered charity therefore all donations whether an annual gift or a legacy gift are NOT tax deductible.
