The way we produce and use energy in Toronto has huge implications for our environment, our economy, and social equity. This report identifies how the City of Toronto can move forward on its commitment to get 25% of its own energy requirements from green power sources, and how the City can exercise leadership in extending green power options to Toronto businesses and households.
