The Ontario Ministry of the Environment is considering a plan that will see used tires burned, instead of recycled. TEA was recently leaked the confidential proposal, which being submitted to the Minister by the Waste Diversion Organization, an armslength government advisory board charged with diverting Ontario's waste.
