The Toronto Environmental Alliance has released their mayoral candidate report card—how well the five front-runners fare on TEA's "Municipal Election Environmental Priorities." TEA's conclusions: Joe Pantalone is "progressing steadily [but] needs to speak up," George Smitherman "shows potential but needs to apply himself," Sarah Thomson is an "eager participant [but] misses key lessons," Rocco Rossi "shows [a] lack of understanding," and Rob Ford "shows little interest."
