Following up on its mid-campaign mayoral report card, The Toronto Environmental Alliance has released the results of a survey aimed to show where the leading four candidates stand on green initiatives.

Not surprisingly, Joe Pantalone came out on top, just edging George Smitherman, while both Rob Ford and Rocco Rossi earned failing grades (i.e. F).

It should be noted, however, that according to the TEA, "Both Mr. Ford and Mr. Rossi were repeatedly contacted but both refused to answer the survey." I'm not sure what that says for the legitimacy of the grading rubric, but I suppose if you don't turn in your assignments you're bound to fail.

To view the report in its entirety, including the grades of council candidates, check out the TEA website.
