Toronto's New Climate Plan: A Community Discussion

The City of Toronto has been working on a new long-term plan for reducing Toronto's greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 80% by 2050. The Toronto Climate Action Network is hosting a talk from the TransformTO team to learn about the path forward for reaching our targets.

The evening will consist of a presentation that explains the new plan, followed by an opportunity to ask questions.

You'll have the chance to learn more about the City's plans on renewable energy, public transit and much more. We'll be in touch soon with more details, and a link to the TransformTO Long-Term Plan report once it has been released on April 27th.

If you're unable to make it, the City of Toronto will also be hosting two webinars with an update on the new plan. Click here for more information about the webinars.

Please RSVP below.

You can also sign up for a workshop on making effective deputations led by Lyn Adamson and Rosemary Boissoneau of ClimateFast. The workshop will be taking place 8pm-8:30pm in the same space. Please email [email protected] to sign up, with the subject line: May 2nd training.
