Low Income Energy Conservation and Assistance

TEA developed this report in cooperation with other environmental and anti-poverty groups in response to a request from the provincial Minister of Energy in March 2004 to develop recommendations on actions the government could take to help low-income households cope with the rise in electricity prices.
