Jessica joined TEA's team in 2023 as the Communications Manager.

Jessica originally started with TEA as Communications Assistant in 2016 where she was mentored by TEA's staff and communications leads. She then went on to build a career as a communications professional in the environmental non-profit world working in water education and conservation, with community scientists, and First Nations in Ontario. In March 2023 she was thrilled to once again join the TEA team as the Communications Manager.

Jessica's education background is in environmental policy and she pivoted to focus on communications as way to connect and communicate environmental issues. She is passionate about a number of environmental issues as they relate to equity and environmental justice; including climate change, water, and sustainability. Born in what is now known as Toronto, she is passionate about working towards a greener city for all.
