Xinyuan joined TEA in February 2023 as Finance and Administrative Coordinator.

She has worked in both accounting and administrative roles at non-profit organizations, where she was responsible for managing financial data and ensuring compliance by maintaining accurate transactions, payroll, daily entries and reconciliations. Her previous working experience focused on youth education and community partnerships, demonstrating her passion for making a positive impact in her community.

After relocating to the Greater Toronto Area, she developed an affinity for Toronto and is eager to give back by supporting both internal and external stakeholders at TEA.
