ONLINE LEARNING SESSION: Recycling right and reducing single-use plastics

The Zero Waste High Rise Project is hosting an online learning session for residents in Toronto’s high-rise buildings on recycling and reducing plastics.

Recycling can be confusing, and it can feel like there are so many new packages and products every day that it’s hard to keep up with the recycling rules. Learn more about how Toronto’s recycling system works, how recycling is creating green jobs, reducing waste and where it really goes when it leaves your home.

Waste experts from Toronto Environmental Alliance (TEA) will host an interactive session about:

  • How Toronto’s recycling system works
  • Lessons from high-rise buildings with great recycling rates
  • Tips for reducing plastic waste at home and in your building
  • Q&A session to ask your recycling-related questions

Please register using the form below. (This learning session is only for residents of buildings currently participating in the Zero Waste High-Rise Project.)
