Zouahl joined TEA’s team in 2025 as the Campaigns and Program Coordinator. 

Zouahl became involved in the climate and environment sector when she volunteered with CREW (Community Resilience to Extreme Weather) in St James Town on their heat resilient work. She connected with many people and is now a powerful advocate, championing the vital importance of everyone having access to cooling resources, especially with the changing climate. 

Zouahl cares deeply about bringing community voices to the forefront of the climate and environmental field and connecting them with the resources and tools needed to build a resilient and greener city.
